Observation is free, and honestly so
Adding a domain, proving ownership, collecting inventory, matching threats and watching traffic telemetry costs nothing and changes nothing for your visitors.
Assisted beta and pilot tiers
Protect is an assisted beta/waitlist and Resilience is a contractual pilot. They describe the intended commercial packaging, not a live self-service purchase path.
Fail-closed by design
Stripe remains in test mode and live checkout is postponed until a second tenant completes onboarding without SSH or manual provider changes. Billing endpoints fail closed: if configuration is absent or broken, nothing gets charged and nothing gets silently enabled.
