Observation is free, and honestly so
Adding a domain, proving ownership, collecting inventory, matching threats and watching traffic telemetry costs nothing and changes nothing for your visitors.
Paid plans
Paid tiers cover active protection and resilience capabilities - bounded enforcement, continuity hosting, recovery drills as routine. Prices are shown before any commitment on the pricing page.
Fail-closed by design
Billing endpoints fail closed: if the billing configuration is absent or broken, nothing gets charged and nothing gets silently enabled. There are no implicit upgrades, and cancellation returns the service to free observation while your evidence history remains readable.
Verification
- No charge exists without an explicit checkout you completed
- Downgrading returns the service to observation without data loss
