Resolve a certificate that remains pending
Identify the current validation records, remove ambiguity and verify Cloudflare hostname readiness.
Expected result
The custom hostname and its certificate become active without an unsafe traffic change.
Use the current values
Certificate authorities can rotate validation values. Copy the records currently shown in the AegiFlow setup page, not values from an older email or screenshot.
Common causes
- The zone name was appended twice.
- Only one of two required values was published.
- A value was removed before certificate issuance.
- DNS propagation has not reached public resolvers.
Select Verify again after checking the exact public DNS response.
Verification
- All current DCV records resolve publicly
- Hostname status is active
- Certificate status is active
