Why does my dashboard show Unknown?
Because AegiFlow refuses to guess. Unknown means a check has not run recently enough - stale inventory, a pending verification, a feed that has not synced. The state names its cause and next action; fixing that cause turns Unknown into a real answer.
My DNS challenge is not verifying
DNS propagation can take minutes to hours depending on your registrar. Confirm the TXT record name and value match exactly - a copied trailing space is the most common cause. The record must stay in place until verification completes.
The certificate says pending
Certificates are issued after the validation hostname resolves correctly. If pending persists beyond an hour, re-check the DNS target in the domain’s Edge section and use Reconcile to re-run issuance.
Traffic numbers look lower than my analytics
AegiFlow counts requests observed at the edge, after global ingress caching. Cached static assets served upstream never reach the edge, so totals are expected to differ from page-analytics tools.
Does observation slow my site down?
No. Observation adds no blocking decisions, and inspection is measured at a p95 overhead in the low single-digit milliseconds, out of process, off the visitor’s critical path.
